About Me

I spend a lot of time meeting friends and volunteering at my church. In winter, I try to snowboard as much as possible. I also enjoy reading, mostly fantasy and professional literature.

I started learning Java at school, then continued with C, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust and Python at university, and I am currently working with C#. Most of my computers run on Linux, and I feel at home with Bash. I prefer to develop with Docker and Kubernetes. I have some experience with OpenStack and am deeply involved in learning software architecture. If I need to learn something new, I will start doing so. Hopefully, extending my toolkit of skills will never end.

I am a software engineer working for an automation company in southern Germany. I have gained experience in different departments, including research, embedded development, digital production systems and web engineering tools.
